Diana Temple in the Hofgarten

The Diana Temple in Munich's Hofgarten is characterized by its dodecagonal design. The pavilion was built in 1614. It stands at the intersection of the main and diagonal axes of the garden. Concerts are held in and around the Temple of Diana and in the summer months it is a popular meeting place for dancers.

To the east of the State Chancellery at the Hofgarten is the old Hofgarten fountain, which is still in operation and can be visited.
