It can hardly be seen from the Geiswiese car park, as it is located on a small plateau to which a steep stone staircase with a wooden railing leads (as long as this staircase does not become larger). This plateau is the remains of a former forest farming settlement, whose fate was closely linked to the “Geisskopferhof” forest settlement (1777 – 1852 on the Geiskopf) further up in the forest.
