Today we did Saar-Pfalzhopping, the first 7 km the weather was nice, but then ... only ☔.
We had many animal encounters today, right at the beginning in front of the Schwobach Bridge and the old water house, a blindworm, a little later the second, a frog and some squirrels. Then we went on ducal, but I don't have to write a lot here, just see for yourself, I always took photos of the display boards, very interesting and beautiful everything, it would have been even nicer in the sunshine, or at least dry. It's no use .... if it's Monday we hike.

      Girls Monday in the rain🌧🙈
Today there was a lot to see and discover on our tour. Both animal and historical. It's impressive how the dear Duke lived and lived, and above all it's always interesting how you imagine these places to yourself. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great today. Very wet and then also few seats. But we made the best out of it again 🙌🏻 The castle ruins were really great. With dark passages and foresight. Even if it wasn't so nice about Homburg.

      3 Pälzer girls in Saarland😜
Today we set out from the hiking car park near Bechhofen to marvel at the old walls of Duke Karl August II.
Pond, pavilion, orangery, hermitage, castle ruins ..... in the Karlberg Castle Forest Park
In addition, the Hohenburg castle ruins of the Counts of Saarbrücken high above Homburg, with wide views over the city.
Very interesting hike with lots of historical highlights.
However, the Saarland cried a lot when we visited, whether with joy or despair ..... who knows ...

Today we went on a tour of the devil's table that was tailor-made for us.
The rock on the Salzbach, the Maiblumenfels, the Schamborn spring, we passed everywhere here before we went to the devil's forge, devil's kitchen and then to the imposing devil's table. We had to tackle some non-trails and adventurous, alpine terrain again😅, but we're already used to doing that.
On the last piece we looked at the glove head, also a large rock formation. Today the hike was characterized by great rock formations, great weather, beautiful places to linger and a good mood all round.
Thank you girls for this beautiful montage😍😍😍

New week ...... new girls tour!
Today we started our hike near Hinterweidenthal to hike the imposing Teufelstisch, the Teufelsschmiede and other wonderful places.
Since the original tour was too short for us for the long journey, we added a few surrounding highlights to the tour.
The mood and catering were great again🥗🤘👿🤣🍻

The weather was on our side again on GIRL'S MONDAY. Today we went to Hinterweidenthal for the Teufelstisch tour. Since the original route was a bit too short, Tanja added a little something. In the beginning it was nice along the Selzbach. The first ascent was again typical Komoot style. Wooo was the indicated route please ??? Trees that were cut down everywhere were scattered across the paths. Anyway ... who cares? At least not us. Up through the middle of the slope😄👍🏻. The Maiblumenfels was really great. That was really fun. A little bit of climbing, wonderful in the sun. We made our rest at the Schamborn spring. Then up again to the Teufelsschmiede, Teufelsküche and the crowning glory, to the Teufelsfels. What an impressive stone. Madness. After waiting for what felt like 30 minutes for the strollers to leave our field of vision, we were able to take nice photos. Another small tip is attached to the glove head. More than worth it. Very nice round with perfect company

This afternoon (Steffi was bored) spontaneously picked out a short hike very close by.
In three at the train station we started to get to the hiking trail.
We started in the direction of Münsterhof, until then we were on the right path, but because we always wanted to be close to the water and babbled too much, we probably strayed a little bit 🙈, partly through nettles and sometimes down the slope. ... but when we arrive we are back in the right place😅.
A nice little hiking trail with little highlights

A nice evening round with Manu. Spontaneously I invited myself to Manu's. Quickly found something and off we went. Wanted to walk the Mühlenweg in Dreisen, but it was sometimes too far away from the water for us. So we made our own freestyle tour out of it. It went up and down, left to right. Cross-country through stinging nettle fields .... yeah, the Komoot Tour😂👍🏻. Rather unsuitable for hiking afterwards. But very fun again

Because Steffi didn't know the Eiderbachtal and the Kirschfels yet, we went there this morning. A dreamlike path, always along the water, led us to the Triftanlage Kaltenbach, delighted with many aaahh's and oooohhh's, we admired the abundance of water, simply fantastic. Then we went up to the Eiderberg with a great view and a really nice place, where we took our break. The Eiderbachtal was our next destination, a little dream, we passed the Berlin fountain with drinking water up to my favorite rock and I could have sat there forever and been amazed. Now a steep 2 km downhill, but today everything is on beautiful paths.
      Dream day with a wonderful company and a few laugh flashes ♥ ️ ♥ ️ ♥ ️

Dream weather on GIRL'S MONDAY. It was just lovely. The water and the sun accompanied us from the beginning to the end of the tour.First, we walked along the Kaltenbach in the direction of the Eiderberg. Joar ... the climb was not wrong but great to walk. The forest there is just gorgeous. When we arrived at the Eiderberg, we took a break after 7km. Food with a wonderful view. Priceless😍. Well strengthened it went down to the Eiderbach valley. That was really as described. Over and over again we went over small bridges over the water between rocks. I really wanted to see a fire salamander unfortunately nothing came of it. 🤷🏼‍♀️. Legs were a little rested again ... and then came the ascent to Kischfels😱.Hui hui hui ... 1.6km torture. But then it worked. And the two did not exaggerate when sue said it was worth it. Once at the top, one was speechless. Simply a fantastic view. After a short break we went back down to the car for the last 2 km. All around a successful girls Monday. Highly recommended tour🥰
