Beautiful villa, looks a bit like a witch's house. It used to be the "House of the Young Pioneers", the "House of Leisure" and then the district music school. Today everything looks very overgrown and abandoned.

The Villa Wendroth was built in 1875 on behalf of the brick factory owner Louis von Kunheim. After being used privately from 1959 to 1990, it served as the home of the Young Pioneers. Today it is used by the district music school and is unfortunately in dire need of renovation. The tower villa has one floor and was built of yellow bricks. The central part of the house has four axes, on the right and left there are protruding wings, each with a gable roof.
