The 500-meter asphalt loop, built in 2005 around one of the Seveso reservoirs, which fills up in rainy weather and forces the gates to close for safety reasons, is a meeting point and training center for thousands of cycling enthusiasts, attracting 18,000 visitors annually. Since 2011, the facility has been managed exclusively by DateciPista volunteers, who had already collaborated with Parco Nord Milano in previous years. The Parco Nord Milano Velodrome is maintained thanks to the dateciPista volunteers, passionate enthusiasts who take turns opening, maintaining, and hosting guests. It's a simple, yet concrete and sustainable model.

In the center of town, on the right bank of the Martesana Canal, stands an imposing waterwheel (popularly known as a rudun) said to have been designed by Leonardo da Vinci himself. Despite appearances, the wheel is not a mill, but a noria. Its function, in fact, was never to grind grain or power machinery, but rather to lift water from the canal to channel it into an irrigation system.

This is an imposing hydraulic wheel, popularly called “el rudun”. Appearances immediately make one think of a large mill, just like those in advertisements. In reality, technically it is a “noria”: its function has never been to grind cereals or move machinery, but rather to lift the water of the Naviglio to convey it into an irrigation system.

Small village located on the main cycling route of the Ticino Valley. The cycleway itself is varied from great asphalt to pizza and pothole type surface, depending on where one is on the route. Italy could have such a great cycleway system if they would just maintain them. In the village center located next to this villa is a fountain which is no longer potable, so it is advised to tank up on water in the village of Nosate, located 5 km south.
