The neo-Gothic church was founded in 1924-25 by architects H. and M. Leborgne, who rebuilt several buildings in the village, including the school and the monastery, after the war. The new church had three naves and a tower with a spire and four corner turrets. The shape deviated sharply from the previous late Gothic church. The church was also destroyed during the religious wars at the end of the 16th century. Brick and natural stone are used in the strict interior, as well as in the confessionals and the baptismal font.

Cycling

Before the First World War, a two-aisled late Gothic hall church stood here. This, like the village, was destroyed.

The current church was built in 1925 to a design by the architects Henri and Marcel Leborgne.

The church is different from the pastor. It is a brick oriented basilica church in mainly neo-Gothic style. The church has a pre-built west tower, flanked by a hexagonal stair turret. The tower has four corner turrets on the tower aisle and is topped by a needle spire. The interior is covered by rib vaults.
The church furniture is neo-Gothic.
