The Sint-Antoniuskapel is located at the entrance of the Sint-Alexiusbeguinage in Dendermonde. The neo-Gothic brick chapel was built in 1889 on the site of the demolished porter's house. Two niches normally hold terracotta statues of Saint Roch and Saint Donatus.

Neo-Gothic chapel founded in 1889 on the initiative of pastor J.B. De Smedt (see memorial stone "J.B.D.S" and year stone "1889" in the gable top), on the site of the demolished porter's house next to the current iron entrance gate in the northeast corner of the beguinage. Chapel with three-sided closure, built of brick with bluestone processing for three access steps, shoulder pieces and covering stones with crockets, and a covering tiled gable roof. Front gable with gable-high pointed arch with glazed door and wrought iron gate; side piers with round-arched niches with terracotta statues of Saint Roch and Saint Donatus.

Plastered and white-painted interior with blue-painted printed barrel vault and wooden altar table with statues of Saint Anthony, Our Lady and Saint Rita. Chapel and statues were repainted in 1988 by painter A. De Smet.

The chapel looks neglected and is in need of renovation.
