Wandered away from Sighnaghi on good luck, looking for nice paths. The first two kilometers were a nasty disappointment, due to continuous asphalt, but after that it was very nice to walk. We explored Sighnaghi, a small town, which in 1762 was completely walled to protect against Dagestani peoples. The wall has 6 gates and 23 towers, some of which are publicly accessible.
Sighnaghi, which has barely 1000 inhabitants, is quite touristy. This is reflected, among other things, in a multitude of wine bars.

Our hike started on the street, four kilometers before the village of Juta. The last four kilometers are forbidden for all traffic, because "landslide section".
