Neo-Gothic processional chapel from 1839, implanted at the pond on the crossroads Latemstraat and Burgemeesterstraat, probably originally a dries, the first village center of Latem. Earlier inscription mentioned the founder, Bernaard Van Huffel, mayor. Currently whitewashed brick building of one bay under slate gable roof with front gable with pointed arch recess which contains the pointed arch door and a three-sided window. Side walls with linked pointed arch windows and demarcated brick friezes.
