In the enchanting Prehistory Museum of the film there are shadow plays, folding perspectives, transparencies, lanternae magicae, kaleidoscopes, anamorphoses and numerous other exhibits. These document the exciting history of the film from the period from about 1750 to 1930. Whereby these exhibits by no means "dusty" come along - the museum is just because so much fun, because replicas of the exhibits invite to try and you can understand in a fascinating way even how the pictures learned to walk. In addition to the more than 1,000 existing buildings, regularly themed temporary exhibitions "visit" the museum.
