The lower part of this beautiful path is very nicely maintained. In the upper part, however, there are at least 2 fallen trees that you have to walk around (as of December 2022). - This "1st Appenthal toboggan run" is a particularly rustic path and runs along numerous old dry stone walls. Bolko Haase (born in 1955 or 1956) was deputy head of the forestry office, e.g. worked at the Elmstein-Nord forestry office; his last professional station was the management of the forestry office in Ahrweiler.
