Tolle Strecke, sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir sind die originale Strecke gelaufen. Ab Steinerne Brücke keine Markierung mehr, weil dieser Teil wegen Hangrutsch komplett gekürzt wurde. Weg ist aber problemlos begehbar. Minuspunkte: fehlende Markierung, geschlossene Gastronomie: Schweizer Haus und Gerhardshof. Gastronomie in Burg Rheinstein nur mit Eintritt möglich.
