....it was simply too hot for a whole long tour for us today. But not doing anything at all was also not an option today. So we drove to the nearby Krefelder Stadtwald and took a shady loop there, stopping for a refreshment at the Stadtwaldhaus in between...

Today the season for our stand up was reopened. Therefore, today we started with the Big one from Grenzweg, car park St. Konrad-Kapelle.
From there once towards Schleuse Nierssee and back again. Beautiful, decelerating tour with lots of fish, frog croaking and Lower Rhine idyll.
