About PyrenäenTomTom

1959 geboren und immer wohnhaft am Fuß des Schwarzwald. Fernwanderwege GR5, GR10, HRP, GR20 Korsika, les Voges et foret noire, Neuseeland (5 Monate wandern), Südtirol, Südafrika, Schweiz (Wallis, Tessin), Österreich, (ehemaliges Jugoslawien), Andalusien, Malle, Madeira, Teneriffa, La Palma, Kreta, Finnland.

Start in the vines of Wallburg 10 minutes below the Orschweirer hut.
To the hut and then continue with the yellow diamond to the Helgenstöckle Chapel and the Altdorfer Hut. Then to the Hasenberg with a restaurant. Unfortunately closed today. Then to the southern end of the Langenhard and back again. Above Gasthaus Sternen Hasenberg it was first hidden briefly on a single trail, then very lonely and quiet on wide forest paths via Rosshütte and Orschweirer Hütte back to the car.
That wasn't a highlight tour, but it was totally relaxing.

Today we went with friends on a leisurely tour from the Büchereck hiking car park, first via the Büchereckhütte to the Farrenkopf and back again. Then first on the Westweg, then over Füllbrunnen 765m down to the Landwassereck inn with a stop. Then back to the book corner.

Today just a little round to the Rinkenkopf and Sattelei. Small variant of the saddle piste to represent the feet before the journey home.
Start at 10:45 am at the hiking car park below the Sattelei. First on the footpath around the Rinkenkopf and up to the Rinkenturm. Then to the Sattelei and in a loop partly on the saddle slope to Petermännle and via Sattelei back to the parking lot at 13:30.
      Nice tour with nice views.

Dream weather, dream lake, dream paths. Today's round trip was planned individually from several other routes.
9.45 a.m. start at the Kniebis hiking car park. Then over parts of the home path to the ruins of the monastery and the Ellbach Seeblick. From there to the lake and over the beautiful adventure path and a loop over Rosshimmel waterfall and Rosshimmel hut and Wurzelwegle back to the Kniebis parking lot at 2:30 pm. The paths are mostly narrow and very beautiful. After the adventure path to Wurzelwegle, the wide forest paths are also attractive and rarely used. There might be more going on at the weekend. We liked the tour just as much as yesterday. So a full recommendation.

Dream weather, dream light for pictures and a wonderful connoisseur path that deserves its name. I can highly recommend the tour.
9:30 a.m. start at the hiking car park Sankenbach. On beautiful mostly narrow paths along the stream to Sankenbachsee and the waterfall. Then continue on beautiful rocks and light-flooded forest paths to the waterfall hut and Wasen hut with a beautiful view of Freudenstadt. Continue via Michaelskirche and Missehütte on great paths to the closed but beautiful Glasmännlehütte. Then in partly steep serpentines back down to the parking lot with a stop at the Sankenbach Lodge at 1:45 p.m.
Now the only question that remains is whether we can still take the 6 courses in the hotel. 🥂😄🍷💪✅🥾

Today it started a little later. We started at 12:10 p.m. at the parking lot at the Kandel Hotel. On the southern slope steadily slightly downhill to the Thomas hut and in a large curve to the women's path. Then uphill on the really nice lady's path to the Kandel rocks. A short rest there and at the viewpoint shortly afterwards. Shortly on the Kandel and at 3:30 pm we were back at the parking lot. Nice leisurely tour with moderate altitude meters.

Since my planned big solo tour in the Tannheimer Tal vacation fell victim to the rain, I went to the Black Forest to let off steam today.Start at 8:05 am at the parking lot of the Gaishöll Gorge.
      08:45 Hohritt rock path
      10:10 Small grind
10:30 am Harzbrunnenquelle shortly after Ochsenstall.
Break at the Grindehütte from 11:45 am to 12:10 pm
15:50 back at the parking lot
I didn't meet any hikers for the first 2 hours, only on the way to the small Grinde. The refreshing Harzbrunnenquelle was great. Via Sackweg, large Biberkesselhütte and beautiful narrow footpath again in a large loop up to the Hornisgrinde and Einkehr.
After that, I left Mummelsee on the left. Then we went down on beautiful, narrow and wider forest paths, some of which were deserted.
The most beautiful was the detour to Katzenkopf komoot.de/highlight/104015?ref=whd over impressive rocks and with a great view.
Continue to the Hohfelsenhütte with a cooling spring and a short detour to the Hohfelsen.
Via Busterbachhütte again with fountain and schnapps and drinks on to Buchbuschweg.
At the Grimmerswaldbach I met a 72 year old hiker who was a little lost. Then I accompanied him to a park bench above the road from Seebach to the Schönbüchpass.
Then briefly back and through the forest to the Schönbüchpass and from there via Sasbachquelle and wilder Sasbach and Badische Bank back to the parking lot.
If someone wants to hike after that, I would prefer the ascent via Brigittenschlösschen and Fuchsschroffen of the Hohritt variant. I think that's nicer.
      Greetings un bliewe healthy

Lots of sun in the morning. So 09:45 with the lift up to the Krinnenalpe, already light drizzle. To the Gräner Ödenalp. Then back to the Nesselwängler Edenalpe with a stop for a break. The pan with dumplings and sauerkraut is world class! That is gourmet level. 😄😘
Back over the Krinnenalpe and down to the Haldensee on foot. 2 p.m. Arrival and the sun comes through. What a goodbye after 3 days of rain with nice breaks for hiking. And orchids everywhere.

After the rainiest day was announced today, we were lucky in the light drizzle from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Entry on the Tauern car park on Planseestrasse. Then over Hermannsteig to the dam of the small Plansee. The Ministersteig over the small suspension bridge down to the bridge over the Stuibenfalls. Then up the Stuibenfalls. Very nice path overall, especially when you can watch 3 rope teams canyoning in different places. Abseiling from the large waterfall from the Kanzlei viewing platform was particularly interesting.
So we made the most of the rainy day. And we also discovered the alpine salamander.
