Day 1 of the long May Day weekend. I take the train to Frankfurt and from there on to Wiesbaden and Mainz. A good portion of the route between the two cities runs close to the Main and Rhine rivers. These sections are easy to cycle. Only the route from Wiesbaden back to Mainz through Mainz-Amöneburg…
