The chapel in the old cemetery Finkenwerder designed by Fritz Schumacher in 1926 was renovated in 2014/15. In 2016, the decorative painting on the lintel was exposed. The chapel was left to the Finkenwerder history workshop for use. There are exhibitions and events, and it also serves as an extra-curricular learning location. Due to the peculiarity of the place with war graves from two world wars, the thematic focus is on war, displacement, migration and integration.
