This afternoon, I went for a hike on paths I know well, from Mittlerer Landweg through the NSG Allermöher Wiesen and Die Reit to Ochsenwerder and along the Dove Elbe to the endpoint at the Tatenberger Schleuse.



The weather was consistently sunny and the little bit of wind didn't bother me at all.

The starting point of this year's Easter Sunday hike was the S-Bahn station in Wedel, which led me through the diverse landscapes of the Wedeler Au regional park.



Via the Auweidenweg, I reached the forests of the Klövensteen Fort area. After a short stop at the "Kleine Waldschänke" inn, I continued towards

Weather-wise, this morning looked rather bleak, despite everything I wanted to get out into nature. When I started my hike in Ohlsdorf in the early afternoon, the sun came out, and even though the clouds increased again later, I found it to be pleasant spring weather.

It was time again to pay a little visit to the Fischbeker Heide ;-).



From the Neuwiedenthal S-Bahn station, we headed uphill and downhill in sunny, spring-like weather into the Fischbeker Heide and through the forests of the Schwarzen Berge past the local wildlife park and to the nearby open-air museum

This afternoon, I enjoyed a circular hike in northeast Hamburg in spring-like weather.



From the Volksdorf U-Bahn station, it's just a short walk to the Volksdorfer Teichwiesen nature reserve, one of the last remaining glacial valleys in Hamburg, home to a diverse array of flora and fauna.

I've been in the Buxtehude area several times before – mostly exploring the Este River. This time, my destination was the Buxtehude Moors Nature Reserve.



I started at the Buxtehude train station. Following paths I hadn't explored before, and along the Buxtehude town moat, I headed towards the nature reserve

This sunny Sunday afternoon, I hiked along familiar paths between the Mittlerer Landweg S-Bahn station and Rothenburgsort.



Eichbaumsee, the Dove Elbe river, the Tatenberg lock, Holzhafen, Kaltehofe, and Billwerder Bucht were the highlights of this approximately 12 km hike.

In perfect early spring weather, I took a short circular hike this afternoon through the Wohldorf Forest and the Duvenstedt Brook. Of course, I also walked along the border wall – my favorite path in the Brook.



The starting and ending point was the Ohlstedt subway station. With pleasant temperatures

In overcast weather, with occasional drizzle, I went for a short hike around the Inner and Outer Alster lakes today.



Due to the thaw, sections of the paths and the Alster meadow gave the impression of being on the Alster lake district.



Personally, I also found the atmosphere on the approximately 9.2 km
