June 2019, another Breslau dwarf was placed on the stairs to the Ratskeller at the New Town Hall in Dresden. The new lucky charm carries a suitcase and a sunflower.

Mayor Helma Orosz received the dwarf on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the German-Polish town twinning. The Breslau City President Rafal Dutkiewicz handed him over to his visit to Dresden in September 2014.
