About Emely die Wanderbeaglein -

My little nephew did a really great job. Wonder hiker Aunt Emme is proud. Correct 15 km under extreme height differences for this dog dwarf - respect. But he belongs to the family of pioneering pioneers.

Approx. 1 month after the pre-hike, we use the previous one to redeem a promise. Prince Sparky also wanted to. The birthday hike was just the thing. What more do you want? On this hike you learn a lot about basalt and hear something about the devil who leaves a pile of stones because of poor aids (🦄Sage about the great Wolfstein) or about dwarfs who wanted to give away gold and silver (🦄Sage about the Pfaffenmal). But also cute animals in the wildlife park and the possibility of constantly treading water in Bad Marienberg as well as a visit to the Marienquelle on the "Sankt Mergenberg" - a nice place to linger (here too there are two other 🦄 fabulous stories). This hike is highly recommended.
It should be noted, however, that the recording deviates significantly in some cases. It was especially obvious at the Marienquelle. Coincidence? Or not?
That was the case last time and this time a lot more - you get about 13 km more and an average speed that is more suitable for running than hiking. It is interesting to note that the deviations mostly happened in the same places.

Well, the run was a hike that Komoot only recorded half the time. I'm still troubleshooting. Actually, this "round" shouldn't be published - but that doesn't work either. In any case, it should be noted that the miracle hiker is fit again (two weeks ago we wanted to say goodbye) and we live in a beautiful wooded area. Thank you for the likes

Flea market and hiking = flea market hike. This is where hobbies come together and you get to know new areas. With plenty of booty, we then hiked briefly towards Kindelsberg. Beautiful area great view and next to the hill the Ferndorf was on the way. This flea market is good for shopping. It offers plenty of choice and is independent of the weather, as it takes place in the multi-storey car park of the Kreuztalers Kaufland.

Flea market and hiking = flea market walks
However, only marked as an activity, because from my point of view hikes only start with higher mileage.
The flea market in Dreis-Tiefenbach is regularly on October 3rd and small and nice. Bargains are always possible and if it is hiking badges that we found this time.

We are lucky that we live in an area where you can take a nice hike on the way to the post office. Unfortunately z. At the moment, especially, that our forest has to suffer a lot. Bark beetles and scarcity of rain are causing problems for the spruce trees. Gaping wounds on the heights are the result. One can only hope that politicians will avoid sacrificing more forest for industrial parks.

More than what you can expect - healing water and mystical places in the Schelderwald. The rock castle (Wilhelmsteine) and the area around the megalithic tomb are very interesting. Often you only recognize the characteristics of a tour when you work it out. This tour was taken on the last hot day of 2020. The sun pounded mercilessly down from the sky. There was hardly any shade on the tour and up to a certain point - no place to stop for a break at the time we were out.The start was in the Schlosshotel Nebra - went over the Vitzenburg (as the location of the Falkenburg the story of Bibi and Tina de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schloss_Vitzenburg) over fields and fields, hardly any forest up to about 19 km away Steigra. Here at the lawn maze - which, like the Nebra sky disk, is related to the summer and winter solstice (bloggermymaze.wordpress.com/2008/06/01/archaeoastronomie-im-labyrinth-von-steigra), Heike wished for it a restaurant - because the thirst was already unbearable. After we had "sacrificed" the stone we had brought with us and put it on the spot, we hiked on in the hope of finding something where we could quench our thirst - (see the legend mentioned) - and - as luck would have it - we reached it a short time the restaurant "Zum Ritter Sankt Georg". Also pay attention to the picture of the water bottle. The restaurant was even open and the 2 large beers tasted great - as was the food. The name struck me as a little strange for a Greek restaurant - but TODAY the mystery has been solved. We hiked on through the blazing sun back to the starting point, which we reached after 10 km just behind the St. Georg church - at Nebra Castle.During the preparation of the tour, the legend of the knight St. George fell into my hands today. This is about Nebra Castle, thirst, the rescue by St. George and the dragon who was defeated once again. But have a look for yourself: sagen.at/texte/sagen/deutschland/sachsen_anhalt/georg_drache.htmlFor me, this is once again proof that pure coincidence does not play a role here.
