As a result of the merger with Teupitz, numerous street names were changed in the incorporated districts in order to ensure proper mail delivery. Lt. a resident received e.g. Baruther Straße in several districts and also in Teupitz. In Egsdorf, Baruther Strasse has now been renamed "Am Schulacker". There are no cards with the new name yet. The Komoot navigator also refers to a Baruther Straße in Egsdorf.
