Unfortunately there are no hiking trails here, only good bike paths (90% paved). A planned ferry return across the lake could not be realized. Since today there was only a connection to Neusiedel in the evening, so we had to walk back the same way, as we had parked our car in Weiden.

Hiked 2 sections of the 66-Seen-Weg today. While the first section from Hangelsberg to Fürstenwalde was close to the Spree, so that the least amount of water could be seen, there was not a small body of water on the section from Fürstenwalde to Bad Saarow. Walking along the A12 was also quite annoying. If it weren't for the Raun mountains with the highlights of the old ski jump, lookout tower, margrave stones and the stone table, this stage should really only be seen as an intermediate stage between the lake stages. From Bad Saarow it's back to lakes with rich climes. Another note on my part who chooses the path in the immediate vicinity of the shore from Hangelsberg to Fürstenwalde should only do this in dry summer or with suitable footwear. Today there were some swampy spots on the bank meadows, so that I had to decide several times to switch back to the signposted route on the paved bike path.

Hike on the 66-Seen-Weg with minor modifications on a few small sections (e.g. path through the forest from Fontane-Kiefer to Kleinwall). The last kilometers from Kleinwall to Hangelsberg were quite tiring, as the paved path is always straight.

Nice stage. Too bad that the quail tower is currently not open. The Rüdersdorf crossing was a bit stressful.

It was a nice round. On weekdays, however, it is certainly more pleasant, because then you will certainly not be ringed by so many cyclists (in my opinion, everyone seemed to be trying out their new e-bike today) to make room (especially on the wooden paths).

This time I chose a southern route. Past the Hohenschönhausen memorial, we went through the Herzfelder Str. Landscape park to the Friedrichsfelde central cemetery with the memorial of the socialists. After crossing the cemetery site, we went through an allotment garden Ri. S-Bhf. Friedrichsfelde. Crossing the Biesdorf track triangle on the south side proved difficult. A pond in the middle could be circumnavigated. However, no passage Ri. Biesdorf was found, so that I had to move forbidden in the immediate vicinity of the track to the bridge of Märkische Allee. Because of the rain, I decided to continue on paved roads. From Biesdorf, past the Wuhletal train station, I went via Kaulsdorf and Mahlsdorf to my destination Hönow settlement expansion.
