The Bavariafelsen is a massive rock massif for climbers.
In spring, however, it is regularly closed for bird breeding.
It is imperative that you adhere to this lock.There is actually no official path around the rock, but the climbers have made sure that a circumnavigation directly on the rock massif is easily possible.

A footpath along the north side of the rock chain takes you all the way up to the top.Outside of the bird breeding season, you can also climb to the top of the rock tower.
