After climbing an iron ladder, hikers enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Hauenstein rocky landscape and the town of Hauenstein. Even with a small backpack, the climb is possible.

The ladder is really getting a bit old, but everything still felt stable. If you put the backpack forward on your chest it is definitely less tight than with the backpack on your back. At least that was our experience.
