The Küchwald–Obergrüna railway line was a branch line used exclusively for freight traffic. It ran from Chemnitz Küchwald station (known as Küchwald until 2018) to Grüna, where it joined the now-defunct Limbach–Wüstenbrand railway line. The line was closed in 2004.
