At the entrance portal of the church you can see the sandstone relief on the west façade from 1710, which shows the prince-bishop's coat of arms of the then Archbishop of Bamberg, Lothar Franz von Schönborn. Inside you are also immediately confronted with history. At the top left of the gallery you can see the coat of arms of the city of Kronach with the year 1710. It refers to the ownership situation at the time.
