For 100 years (2012-2112), this sculpture will watch over letters for the future, written by residents of Dendermonde on special paper, encased in an urn, vacuum-sealed, and then placed in the plinth. The project creator for "In Memory of Us" was Dendermonde artist Staf Vinck.
