This fish has been donated by the local KIWANIS-CLUB, which collects donations for children worldwide, and is an attraction especially for children: it does not swim in the Isenach, but it hovers over it and can be rotated.
The KIWANIS motto ("Serving The Children Of The World") can be read from top to bottom on the sandstone plinth.
