An information board provides information about the Ersinger Springenhalde nature reserve. Very beautiful meadow path above the poor meadows with rare plants and insect species.

The hillside meadows and adjacent wooded areas close to nature are characterized by a diversity of native orchids that is rarely found. These include the monkey orchid, which only occurs in a few locations throughout Baden-Württemberg, the hornless horn, the great spider orchid and all of our native forest birds. But there are still a good dozen different types of orchids to be found. Bock strap tongues were particularly numerous in May.
