Blue sky, some snow for the look and the paths to walk without any problems. Perfect conditions to complete the KapellenWeg, which started in December. With a length of about 29 km, the tour could also be done in one day, but then there is no time for the worthwhile visit to the chapels and churches. After the actual end of the tour in Hohenwart, we walked home.

Tour that had been planned for a long time and that I couldn't manage in the last year. After the weatherman announced that the conditions would be very good for today, I went to the Füllmenbacher Hof in time for the start. Picture-perfect weather and perfect winter conditions accompanied me on the tour between Häfnerhaslach and Sternenfels. The section on the HW10 (from km 7) was really a dream and a couple of deer stumbled into my picture😊

This morning after getting up I saw that it was snowing. Since the white stuff doesn't stay long with us at temperatures around 0 ° C, I set off straight away. The result is a small, fine round to the Dill-Weißenstein district on well-known paths and paths.

In the nearby northern Black Forest, there has been a great rush for days mehrA reason (more) to take a completely different direction. Sachsenheim was chosen as the starting point and after a short tour we went on the actual route through the Kirbachtal. This was followed by a rather unspectacular section up to the Horrheim vineyards. After a heavy ascent, we went on the Rennweg over the Stromberg. It was very lonely today on the high trail, which is otherwise very popular during the season.

A part of my 360 ° tour (once around the church tower) and the challenge of finding a nice path from S-Weilimdorf to the Leudelsbachtal. I had imagined the chosen variant through Glemstal to be a bit nicer. But where does it look really great when it's drizzling in December ...

A visit to the Zavelsteiner Ruhewald was the reason for this tour. The station of the Hermann-Hesse-Stadt Calw was chosen as the starting point and halfway up the route led to Kentheim. On a natural path, it then went over hill and dale through the wild and romantic Rötelbachtal to Speßhardt, which is worth seeing in every season. After crossing the Teinach valley, the Wolfsgrubenweg and a detour to the Beilstein rock were on the program. The descent from up there over very steep steps at dusk was a little adventurous.
