The cycle path between the historic garrison town of Germersheim and the imperial city of Speyer leads past extensive arable land, old orchards and extensive arms of the old Rhine that are still preserved from the lively meandering Rhine. The way back on the right bank of the Rhine follows longer sections of the flood dam.

The circular route starts at the fairground in Au. The Au stop of the Murg Valley Railway is also located here. The path runs parallel to the railway for a short time and branches off to the left after the old railway building. You touch the site of the old paper mill (E. Holtzmann & Cie.) And follow a narrow footpath along the Murg.
Shortly before the Niederwies sewage treatment plant, the ascent via Hutweg begins. We reach the highest point at the Stielrain pavilion. From the "Vorderer Stielrain" junction, we make a detour to the viewpoint on the Füllenfelsen. Back here, the descent begins over the rock path down to Au.

Hike along the ridge from the Jusi over the Hörnle and along the Albtrauf to just before the Hohenneuffen on the Gustav-Ströhmfeld-Weg (volcano tour), slightly modified.
After the heavy rainfalls in the night, the paths were very soft and thus the first third of the tour "HochGehMatscht". That's why we sometimes switched to paved paths.
The steep descent on the unmarked but easy-to-walk zigzag path begins between the paraglider take-off point and the crossroads of the astro path.
The Bauerloch, a karst cave from which the Dürrenbach rises, is interesting. A wild gorge wants to be explored. Then it goes through the Neuffener Heide and through the vineyards down to the town center of Neuffen with the beautiful half-timbered town hall. The way back to the car park runs moderately uphill through orchards.

The round does not follow the spring experience path but leads quite lonely on the other side of the valley up to the Plotzsägemühle. At the Hans-Knoll-Bridge you come back to the Quellenerlebnispfad. From here a little further uphill to the transition to the Upper Gaistal. Downhill, the equally lonely path follows the Gaisbach, where there is another beautiful foot bathing area in the Lower Gaistal. Then back to the parking lot via Predigerweg.

The bike and hiking trail leads from Glemseck near Leonberg for approx. 40 km through the near-natural Glemstal via Ditzingen, Korntal-Münchingen, Hemmingen and Schwieberdingen to Markgröningen-Unterriexingen, where the Glems flows into the Enz. The path leads past 19 mills, some of which are still in operation today. There is an information board at each mill that provides information about the history of the respective mill.
We started from the parking lot at the Markgröningen quarry and cycled to the Leonberg triangle.

Today we were on a discovery tour on the small and large Volzemer Stein near Dobel. Until 1949, the local population used the sandstone rocks as a quarry. Among other things, millstones were made from it. From 1949 the two rock formations were designated as natural monuments.
You can start at Dreimarkstein (free car park) or at the car park at the entrance to Dobel.

Circular hike on mostly narrow paths with two options for treading water. From Lindenplatz in Calmbach it goes on the Fischerpfad (Mittelweg) over the Charlottenhöhe up to Schömberg. There we make a detour to the deer enclosure with a viewing platform. At the edge of the forest, a meadow path leads to the hiking car park at Bühlhof. From here the path down to the lynx fountain is signposted. In midsummer, the natural water treading facility offers wonderful refreshment there. Here we follow the path along the stream downhill. On the gravel path we go right and continue downhill until a brick shelter appears on the right on the path. Opposite a staircase goes down to the Calmbach with the waterway. A beautiful and serene wilderness. Below the ski hut, another water treading pool awaits us to cool off.
Great nature and, except for the section near Schömberg, absolutely lonely.

The river-like Netzowsee is only 150 to 200 m wide and has a water depth of 10 m. The lake is very secluded and only the two settlements Gut Netzow and Lindenhof have private jetties on the lake.
We used the boat at the small bathing area in Knehden and then paddled the entire lake. At the western end there is a small rest area with a bench. The bank can be seen through a gap in the reeds. Here we took a lunch break in the shade and cooled off in the clear lake.

A varied bike tour around the lakes near Feldberg: Schmaler Luzin, Haussee, Breiter Luzin, Lütter See and Dreezsee.
There are several bathing areas and Kneipp facilities on the route, so that cooling off is not neglected even on hot days. We went for a swim at Lichtenberger Strand, with a wonderful sandy beach and lawn for sunbathing. There is also a kiosk with snacks, drinks and ice cream. The next bathing activity followed at the Dreezsee. There are several small gravel bays along the hiking trail on the east bank. Note: The last section around the Dreezsee is only suitable for cyclists who also feel comfortable on narrow single trails with roots. Otherwise you can simply drive back to the parking lot in Carwitz.

Uniquely beautiful canoe tour through the Netzowgraben. This channel connects the Netzwosee with the Gleuensee. Here you will find untouched nature. In the morning we were able to watch three kingfishers, herons, comorans and a beautiful backdrop of birdsong accompanied us.
In the canal between the two bridges in Knehden, the water level is often quite low. We got through well on our tour.
From the Gleuensee one comes across the Trebowseegraben into the Bruchsee and further into the Templiner See.
Parking: You can park and use it at the bathing area at the eastern end of the Netzowsee. The place can be reached via Knehdener Str. From Templin.
