Delicious chocolate from Dominique Persone.
Persoone and his wife Fabienne De Staerke opened The Chocolate Line on Simon Stevinplein in Bruges in 1992.
Their chocolate shop offers pralines with traditional flavors like hazelnut, as well as newer flavors like cauliflower, basil, and black olives.
Thanks to their quality and creativity, the store was included in the Michelin guide in 2004.
In 2010, Persoone and De Staerke opened a second store in the Paleis op de Meir in Antwerp. The Chocolate Line makes chocolates for various top restaurants such as Hof van Cleve, Oud Sluis and Hertog Jan.
