The construction of a prayer hall in 1903 marked the birth of the Protestant church in Stadtsteinach. The tower could only be added two years later. The landowner Lorenz Schuberth from Gumpersdorf donated the two bells. In 1907 the choir and sacristy were added. The builder was Josef Dölger from Kulmbach. The parish hall was built in 19991 in the immediate vicinity of the Christ Church. Directions: After 100 m we branch off to the left to the intersection of Kellerweg and Dammweg.
