The evangelical parish church was built in 1887/88 by Heinrich v. Schmidt built in neo-Romanesque forms. It is divided into a single-nave nave, a transept with a crossing tower and a chancel with an apse. The architect of this church was Freiherr Heinrich von Schmidt from the TH Munich. Because of its massive shape, it was given the nickname "Cathedral of the Selztal".
