The juniper distillery is located next to the old Claus restaurant, where the juniper produced there is served. The restaurant is in turn opposite the Church of St. Dyonisius. From stories told by my mother (born in 1922), it used to be the custom to go to the restaurant together after going to church.
Some clever churchgoers saved themselves this detour and secured a place directly at the bar.
The restaurant itself has been abandoned for some time and appears to be permanently closed.
However, the juniper can still be bought in individual Walsum shops.
