Parish Church of St. Pankratius
The Herschwiesen church was first mentioned in a document in 1241, although a chapel is said to have existed in Herschwiesen as early as the 10th century. An application for a new church was made in 1743 to the Archbishop of Trier. This application was approved and in 1745 the construction of the church began.
