... und dann muss man ja auch noch Zeit haben einfach dazusitzen und vor sich hinzuschauen
Reicheneck ruins were a bad plan, there is nothing here or we haven't found anything. For this, the valleys of Molsbach and Kainsbach were a very good choice, both very idyllic, with sintering, swampy floodplains and beaver dam. At one point the stream water disappears, glugging with a vortex in the underground! This beautiful landscape is in stark contrast to the horrific Nazi past ... which is remembered with memorials. Sometimes difficult to get together.

At 27 degrees a relatively shady tour through the Veldenstein Forest (without wolf sighting), with the beautiful Pegnitzaue and the 2 chamber ponds.
The sighting of many butterflies was also remarkable: many blue lungs, mourning cloaks, peacock butterfly, lemon moth, imperial mantle

We have been back in the Naafbachtal for a long time, otherwise mostly more north. Almost the entire route goes along the wonderful valleys of Naafbach and Lessbach. You can see an incredible number of marsh marigold meadows, some of which are tended by extensive cattle grazing. The streams run very close to nature, the route is mostly path-shaped except of course in the village. At the Naafer Mühle there are water buffalo to be seen.
All in all, an easy round, which certainly has its charm in other seasons, but now particularly beautiful with the beautiful meadows and fresh green of the trees. It was also quite busy in sections. If you can, you should enjoy it during the week.

Class Ahrgebirgstour ⛰🚶♀️⛰ 🌞 ⛰🚶♀️⛰ with start and end parking lot at the Nepomuk bridge in Rech with the stations Saffenburg, Koppen, Schrock, Teufelsley, Steinerberg!
Still a frosty breeze, nevertheless the sun was very intense!
Wonderful views and mostly beautiful paths.
We conquered the Teufelsley from at least one side. ✌
There is food in Togo at Steinerberg if you like. Or the Weinomat on the Saffenburg.
