Das Waldgebiet Haard ist ein schöner Start der Tour mit dem Aussichtspunkt von Feuerwachturm Farnberg als erstes Highlight. Danach geht's entlang dem Wesel-Dattel Kanal mit zwei Schleusen, die man mit etwas Glück im Einsatz sehen kann. Zurück geht's dann wieder durch sehr viel Natur.
