Today we met for this beautiful after-work round in Schwelm with@Andrea S.
Gentle hills, a steady cool wind and wonderful views accompanied us over the entire route.

Today I rode to the "new" Brücke-Sprung over the Emscher. Direct hit, the last time I was there, everything was still a huge construction site.
I also like the Emscherpark very much.
Many art and industrial-historical installations and structures give an interesting impression of how the region has changed.

Parked, put on hiking boots and off we went. Just followed my nose. It turned out to be the right way, not for the first time. Mostly natural paths and many narrow trails. Looked at the map occasionally to get a nice loop.
Enjoyed the silence during a break and realized once again that the animal world

Today we felt like going to "our" Greek restaurant in Westerholt again. On the way there, we were caught in a proper downpour. All the more beautiful was the way back with sunshine and partly bright blue skies.

Today we went from Hünxe along the Wesel-Datteln Canal to Schloss Gartrop.
Fortunately, there was a wind the whole time, so the many sunny sections were pleasant to walk.
