Nach unserer Wanderung bei Saint-Thierry haben wir uns entschlossen, trotz der 37 Grad nochmal zur Anhöhe ‚Plateau de Californie’ am ,Chemin des Dames‘ zu fahren und den Aussichtsturm dort zu besuchen, es gab dort auch noch einen kleinen Rundweg mit vielen Infotafeln zu den Ereignissen im 1.
