The Dahner castles group consists of the rock castles Altdahn, Grafendahn and Tanstein. All three are exceptionally well restored and thus offer an authentic castle experience. Admission is free.
Below the three castles, the castle tavern Altdahn invites you to dine and drink.
Is a visit to the castle group Atdahn scheduled, definitely more time. The Felsenburg ruins are very winding and there is much to discover.
From the tower there is an excellent panoramic view.
Mostly without entrance, but there is also the castle museum (with admission).
The castle Altdahn is the ruin of a rock castle in the southern Palatinate Forest, the German part of the Wasgau (Rhineland-Palatinate). Source & more: de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burg_Altdahn The castle ruin is a highlight for young and old, here there are many angles and corners to climb and some dark chambers to explore ... ;-) Also has from the top you have a beautiful view.
