Also this rock can be climbed through quite steep stairs (almost ladders). The view is worthwhile!

The ascent on the rocks is worthwhile and the stairs with the two ladders are very good mountable. Great view and a great sense of freedom.

Very nice view from the Roman rock when you have climbed the long ladder.

A ladder leads up to the rock, from where you have a wonderful view.

Mighty bizarre rock tower with double summit, very quiet on a ridge.
A secured viewing pulpit, which can be reached via a ladder, offers a great view.

    Beautiful walk-on rock.
You should be free from giddiness.

If you like stairs, come here at his expense. A few steps lead to the summit of the Roman rock and is rewarded with a wonderful far-sightedness. Very very nice!

The Römrfels is a striking colored sandstone rock in the mixed forest on the ridge next to the high mountain, which can be safely climbed over ladders. It overlooks the surrounding forest and allows a 360 degree view of the Gerstel / Dahn, the Altdahn castle group, the Eyberg, Edersberg, up to the Wegelnburg and the Hermersbergerhof with Luitpoldtum in the opposite direction to the north. Be careful with the stairs with children, but also doable for children.

The Roman rock is hidden in the high mixed forest on the ridge of the high mountain. It is easily accessible via beautiful paths and the Dahn circular hiking trail. A steep steel ladder leads to the first paragraph, then another ladder up to the small viewing plateau. There and in the area of the ladder there are signs for the typical Elwetritsche, which have one of their habitats around the Roman rock. Fantastic view of Dahn, the Edersberg, Eyberg, Lachberg and the Altdahn castle group. To the north you can see the Luitpold Tower.

Free-standing rock monolith in the forest that dominates the mixed forest. Can be climbed over a narrow steep ladder via an intermediate platform. Great 360 degree panorama.

There are stairs on the rocks. From the top you have a brilliant all-round view.

First up the stairs of the Roman rock, great view into the distance is required.

with the Elwetritsche info point 5: Tritsche meeting place on the Römerfels.
"On the opposite part of the rock there is a meeting place for internal family meetings and smaller group meetings. Protected from predatory game and anechoic, with a view of the country.
