This entire trail is highly recommended! We saved ourselves the start in Friedrichstadt and parked in the Schömberger Str. hiking car park (where the "Bähnle" also runs). If you have downloaded the listening tour app and the "Tannenriesen in Freudenstadt" tour in advance, you can use your mobile phone to learn a lot of interesting things along the route in addition to an excellent hiking tour. (Take the battery pack with you, or just leave the app running. GPS, the app and Komoot take their toll)

This beautiful forest path roughly follows the old Baldenhofeners watering ditch. One of the most beautiful sections of the trail around here.
