Old Brickworks Klein Kölzig

The tradition of brick burning in Klein Kölzig dates back to the 19th century. It is the only brickyard in the area where the Ringbrandofen is preserved and can be visited. There is also a field railway with which you can ride. Information at ziegeleibahn-klein-kölzig.de

The market for regional products from the Geopark region takes place on a weekend in September. Manufacturers and producers of food and luxury goods, natural products, regional handicraft products, culinary refinements or arts and crafts take part. All around the old brickworks in Klein Kölzig, a colorful spectacle will be created with a market, musical accompaniment, handicraft show and hands-on stands and tasting.
