Another nice cycling day, this time in one of my favorite regions: Garden Kingdom and Iron Kingdom.
Sun in LuWi at the start.
Unfortunately, the clouds moved on to Wörlitz.
Except for the short section in Priesteritz a nice path (Elberadweg).
Wörlitz Park is absolutely worth it, but Oranienbaum is also worth seeing.
It is a pity that isolated sections of the R1 are not paved.
The sun came out just in time for the end of the tour.

First of all, we have to wait and see whether it is realistic.

Actually not a bike tour but an exit with 2 converted bikes, the VSF from Beate now with Magura HS33, "my" Cannondale converted as a spare travel bike for a test ride.
No comparison to the Velotraum, which will hopefully be delivered before the holiday. I only ordered a frame, I got the fork in March.
From Mentzelpark to Treptovwer Park, new construction of the Spree Cycle Path, but still barriers.
New marking of Spreestrasse with a thick wheel strip, I think the first one in TK.
Riverside path on the Plänterwald can be used again.
Conclusion for the Cannondale: okay, but no cheers.

First of all, we have to wait and see whether it is realistic. If only the western part.

Between Kieselwitz and Bremsdorf somewhat poorer surface, old concrete slabs.
Be sure to check out the Bremsdorfer mill.
Path between Bremsdorfer Mühle, Siehdichum and Kupferhammer, this is the most beautiful part in the Schlaubetal, it is more the Schlaubetal, which is rich in lakes.
The cycle path on the Friedrich Wilhelm Canal is also a dream.
Round in Frankfurt, can also be shorter.

About RadlerJan
