Located directly on the 3 towers way. As Romy correctly described it, there is a Weichbergerstrasse in Oberweimar. In my opinion, this is dedicated to the Weimar painter Eduard Weichberger, who lived from 1843 to 1913. According to Wikipedia, he had four children, including a son Hans (born in 1881). That would point to the hermit von Oettern and match the name and year of birth.
