Tips
At the end of St. George Boulevard you reach a building that has a somewhat strange design. The panoramic tower is not particularly high, but it is high enough to look out over the roofs of the city center. From the top you have a wonderful view of the city and the distant mountains. The view of the cathedral is also excellent.
Unfortunately we couldn't go in: everything was pretty dilapidated.translated by
