Before we reach Korce we drive through the long and fertile lowlands in front of Lake Ohrid. Here there is flourishing agriculture, fruit growing, to our delight, cherries in abundance, and you can see new single-family houses scattered everywhere. State-of-the-art suburban industry around Korce. The disadvantage - now the loneliness is over. Traffic is increasing enormously. The center of Korce is beautifully designed and we drink an excellent espresso.
