In this building, the first Albanian school was opened in 1887 — a milestone in national history. The current museum preserves this memory with original documents, photographs, and teaching materials from the Rilindja period, the Albanian rebirth. The facade and courtyard have been carefully restored, making the museum not only an educational center but also an architectural symbol of Korçë's intellectual tradition. The building itself was constructed in 1840.
