The pit Friedrich is located on the east side of the Schweinstals. It is a younger pit started after 1880. At a length of 145 meters, a copper percussion was traced. In the pit is a 40 meter high weather shaft.
About the 1890 created August Erbstollen, with its Theodor shaft, connects the pit Friedrich with the pit Erni / Ida which lies in the angle between Schweinstal and Katharinental.
