Tips
Built in the 13th century on the volcanic cone of Godesberg, the Godesburg is a hilltop castle, of which unfortunately only ruins remain today. The Michaelskapelle (St. Michael's Chapel) has been preserved on the castle grounds, which I visited from the inside.
